Roger Clemens Clearly Going Through Mid-Life Crisis

So, this happened:

Roger Clemens isn’t done with baseball quite yet.

The 50-year-old Clemens signed with the Sugar Land (Texas) Skeeters of the independent Atlantic League on Monday and he is expected to start for the minor league team on Saturday at home against Bridgeport.

Apparently, his fast-ball is clocking at 87 and his four pitches are “working.”  He’s 50.  I guess some people just can’t handle being away from the game they’ve played their whole life.  I would like to see a Nolan Ryan vs. Roger Clemens game.  I think Nolan would still beat him.  I bet The Express can still hit 87 on the gun.
